Inner Sanctuary Reset
Create a safe internal container.

Week 1: Feel Settled
and Supported
A gentle start to help your body feel safe and present.

Set your intention for the four weeks

Calm your nervous system with breath and grounding

Learn a simple “personal boundary bubble” to feel less drained
Take-home: a 3-minute Hand-on-Heart practice you can use daily.​​

Week 3: Restore Your Inner Spark
Replenish your system and reconnect with what truly nourishes you.

Gratitude as a nervous system support

“Light within” practice to bring ease to tense areas

Identify what nourishes you and how to add more of it
Take-home: a morning gratitude ritual with your tea, coffee, or water.​
Week 2: Release Stress and Ground Again
Learn how to notice heaviness and let go of what you have been carrying.

Ground in nature and in everyday life (even when you are busy)

Body scan to find where stress lives in your body

A gentle body-based clearing practice you can repeat anytime
Take-home: a 60-second reset for stressful moments.
Week 4: Integrate and Carry It Forward
Bring it all together and leave with a plan you can actually use.

A closing guided inner journey to listen to your inner wisdom
Take-home: your personal toolkit plan (3 practices, 10 minutes or less).

Do I need prior experience
â—¦ No. This is beginner-friendly and accessible.
What will each week be like?
â—¦ Slow, grounding, and supportive. Nothing rushed or intense.
Do I have to share?
â—¦ Absolutely not. Sharing is always optional.
Is there movement involved?
â—¦ Only optional, gentle, body awareness type movements, using hand and arm gestures.

Is this therapy?
â—¦ No, this is not therapy or medical treatment or intervention of any kind. This is grounded, practical mindfulness.

What if I miss a week?
â—¦ That's okay. Even though each week builds upon each other, you can still attend the remaining sessions.
