Week 1:
Return to Center and Take Command of Your Energy

  • Soothe your nervous system and come back to yourself with simple breath + grounding techniques

  • Learn beginner-friendly energy clearing and enhancement practices for real life (release what is not yours)

  • Embody energetic boundaries for daily protection and support

  • Align with the elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether—and awaken your personal power through an activation ceremony

  • ​Learn how ritual and ceremony can support every-day life, turning simple habits into present-moment anchors

Week 4:
Discernment and Clear Guidance
Along Your Journey

  • Trust your inner “yes” and “no” – Strengthen your body’s intuition and cultivate discernment you can rely on in daily life

  • Explore intuitive channels in a grounded, beginner-friendly way

  • Learn a simple white light practice for clearing, protection, and self-healing

  • Offer gentle support to tender parts of yourself (inner child healing)

  • Journey beyond the everyday – Enter a safe, heart-centered meditation to meet a Spirit Ally and access clarity, insight, and guidance

Week 2:
Strengthen Self-Trust and Awaken Your Inner Guidance

  • Discover how to scan your energy centers and align your own energy for a deeper sense of connection and presence

  • Meet emotions and patterns with gentleness instead of self-judgment

  • Learn a deep integration practice to process what is coming up and feel it move through

  • Connect with an inner ally — a guiding presence that offers protection, reassurance, and clarity when you need it most 

  • Create a simple grounding ritual you can return to when life feels heavy

Week 5:
Make It Sacred and Build a Rhythm You Can Sustain

  • Step into authenticity – Notice old patterns and habitual responses, and learn to choose presence, clarity, and embodied action instead.

  • Turn ordinary moments into meaningful ritual and build a rhythm you can sustain (daily, weekly, monthly)

  • Learn a gentle fire ceremony you can do anywhere - to let go, reset, and move forward with courage

  • Work with Full Moon energy for reflection, gratitude, and release. Shine light on what no longer serves, honor your growth, and make space for what's ready to bloom

  • Practice deep integration so insights become steady habits and next steps

Week 3:
Call In What You Desire and Support What You Are Becoming

  • Plant seeds of intentions with a New Moon ceremony - harness the energy of new beginnings to set heart-centered intentions for the cycle ahead.

  • Learn a simple water intention practice for calling in what you desire (a grounded form of manifesting)

  • Connect with Future You – Guided meditation to connect with Future You for clarity, encouragement, and next steps

  • Clarify your growth through intention and reflection – Use guided practices to notice patterns, understand what you’re ready to invite, and focus on who you are becoming

Week 6:
Integrate and Live Your Awakened Path

  • Honor your journey – Celebrate the growth, insights, and shifts from the full six weeks

  • Learn about Sacred Reciprocity (harmony, balance, and flow) and how it supports healthier giving, receiving, and boundaries in life, without losing yourself

  • Integrate with love and highest-and-best guidance—grounded next steps

  • Celebrate community and forward momentum – Reflect on how to continue supporting yourself and others while carrying the energy, insights, and joy of your path beyond the course.

  • Close with a celebratory ancient Andean ceremony of gratitude and blessing, honoring what is and all that is to come 

What you can expect each week

Each week includes a comprehensive workbook to support your practice, reflection, and integration. (Workbooks are yours to download and keep.)

Our teaching style is experiential. You will receive a brief, grounded teaching, then we move into guided practice, reflection, and integration. Sharing is always optional.

 

In this course, “ceremony” simply means a gentle, guided practice that helps you ground, clear, reconnect, and set intentions in a meaningful way. No experience is needed.

Dr. Wendy Edwards

Christine is a Soul and Life Alignment Coach and sacred ceremony facilitator with more than 30 years of experience guiding individuals through deep inner work, spiritual development, and life transitions. Her approach blends grounded psychology, intuitive guidance, and soul-centered practice—helping you release what feels heavy, reconnect with inner knowing, and live with greater clarity, peace, and self-trust.

Dr. Wendy Edwards is a Doctor of Chiropractic and holistic wellness guide devoted to helping people come home to their bodies and reconnect with healing from the inside out. She brings a steady, compassionate presence and a deeply practical lens to spiritual growth—supporting you in building practices that are nurturing, embodied, and sustainable in real life.

Together, we create a safe, heart-centered container where all beliefs are honored and your path is supported with warmth, wisdom, and integrity.
